For the health of the community. 25% of the Swiss smoke compared to the UK were it is 14%. We can do better but it is an uphill struggle as smokers think it is practically impossible to quit permanently.

Advertising is expensive. All new smokers are adolescent. If one can reach 25 years of age without smoking it is almost impossible to start smoking on a habitual basis. Why? Because the development of the pre-frontal cortex of the frontal lobe is complete at 25. One can then process the pros and cons of a decision before we make it.

Because I am an ex-smoker that studied human interaction, nlp and hypnosis. I have a specialisation in smoking cessation. I insisted on going through the protocol during my training. I have never smoked since, no cravings no withdrawals. I am passionate about getting the message out and saving lives.

What makes it difficult for smokers, and all addictive behaviors to stop, is a condition called Psychological Reversal (PR).
PR is in direct opposition to the stated goal of quitting. It is an energy imbalance which must be corrected to successfully quit.
